Refund Policy

🌙 Refunds & Cancellations

At Galactic Grove, each reading is prepared with care and intention, just for you. Because of this personalized approach, refunds are generally not available once a reading has been delivered.

Before Your Reading

• Cancel within 24 hours of booking → Full refund.

• Cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service time → 50% refund.

• Cancel less than 48 hours before the service time → No refund.

Refunds are processed through Wix Payments and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

After Your Reading

Completed readings are non-refundable due to their personalized and digital nature.

Special Circumstances

If there’s a duplicate booking, technical issue, or other error, partial or full refunds may be issued at Galactic Grove’s discretion.
